1. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to product availability and our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse any order without explanation.

2. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

• Full payment required before shipment

• Accepted methods: PayPal, T/T, L/C

3. Shipping Policy

• Standard processing time: 3-5 business days

• Shipping costs borne by buyer

• Delivery times are estimates only

4. Returns & Refunds

• 14-day no-questions-asked return policy from delivery date

• Refund processing time: Minimum 14 business days

• PayPal refunds: Minimum 14 days (30 days where required by local law)

• Items must be unused with original packaging

• Return shipping costs paid by buyer

5. Warranties

• Products guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 90 days

• Normal wear and tear excluded

6. Intellectual Property

All designs remain property of Hong Kong Kingfun Limited unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Liability Limitations

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the product's purchase price.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

• Governing Law: Hong Kong SAR

• Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first, then arbitration if necessary

9. Force Majeure

Not liable for delays/cancellations due to events beyond reasonable control.
