2. 14-Day “No-Questions-Asked” Return Policy

  • You may return any eligible item within 14 calendar days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Buyer pays return postage. Select any trackable service and keep the receipt.


3. Simple Refund Process

Refunds are always sent via the original payment channel and in the same currency you used at checkout (to avoid FX losses). Expect a minimum 14-day bank/processor clearing period even after we release the funds.
